Terms of Service

The rules for using the GuildAudit website, Discord bot, dashboard, and server audit tools.

Last updated: June 29, 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

By using GuildAudit, adding the GuildAudit bot to a Discord server, accessing the GuildAudit website, or using the dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use GuildAudit or add the bot to a server.

2. What GuildAudit does

GuildAudit provides Discord server audit, reporting, dashboard, and monitoring tools for server owners and community managers. It is designed to help owners understand community health signals, hidden retention drops, audit results, reports, history, plan status, bot activity, and dashboard information.

Some dashboard, billing, and server-data surfaces may appear as previews until the related product features are ready. GuildAudit should not be treated as claiming live paid features, live subscriptions, or live server data unless those features are clearly active.

3. Eligibility and authority

You must comply with Discord's Terms, Community Guidelines, Developer policies, and any applicable laws when using GuildAudit.

You must have the right permissions to add GuildAudit to a Discord server, manage its settings, access dashboard information, or act on behalf of a server. If you add GuildAudit to a server, you represent that you are allowed to do so.

4. Acceptable use

GuildAudit is intended for legitimate server health, staff coordination, and community management use. You may not misuse the service.

  • Do not use GuildAudit for harassment, spam, surveillance abuse, or illegal activity.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, overload, disrupt, or interfere with GuildAudit.
  • Do not bypass access restrictions, permissions, authentication, or plan limits.
  • Do not use GuildAudit in a way that violates Discord's Terms, policies, or applicable law.
  • Do not use GuildAudit to shame, target, or abuse members of a community.

5. Discord dependency

GuildAudit depends on Discord APIs, Discord permissions, Discord authentication, and Discord platform availability. GuildAudit may stop working, lose access to data, or need to change if Discord changes APIs, permissions, policies, rate limits, or availability.

GuildAudit does not control Discord accounts, Discord servers, Discord outages, or Discord policy decisions.

6. Bot permissions

GuildAudit needs certain Discord permissions to function. Server owners are responsible for reviewing the permissions shown by Discord before installing the bot.

If a permission is not acceptable for your server, do not install the bot or remove it until you are comfortable with the requested access.

7. Audit results are guidance, not guarantees

Audit scores, diagnoses, reports, recommended actions, dashboard previews, history, alerts, and related outputs are informational guidance. They are not guarantees.

GuildAudit does not guarantee community growth, engagement improvement, revenue, retention, moderation outcomes, staff performance, or specific business results. Server owners and staff remain responsible for decisions they make based on GuildAudit output.

8. Plans and paid features

The Free Read is available as the first GuildAudit path. Full Audit and Pro Monitoring may be displayed as Coming Soon until paid upgrades are available.

Do not assume a paid feature is available unless the website or bot clearly says it is active. Paid features, pricing, plan names, and plan availability may change before launch.

When payments are implemented, additional payment terms may apply. GuildAudit does not currently claim live paid checkout, live subscriptions, or live paid plan activation.

9. Refunds

Paid features are not currently active. Refund rules will be provided when paid checkout becomes available, either during checkout or in updated Terms.

10. Account and dashboard access

Dashboard access may require Discord login. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure and for ensuring only authorized people can access server management tools.

GuildAudit does not control Discord accounts and cannot recover, secure, or modify your Discord account.

11. Suspension and termination

GuildAudit may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if there is abuse, policy violation, security risk, service misuse, or behavior that may harm GuildAudit, Discord, users, or communities.

You can stop using GuildAudit by removing the bot from your server and stopping use of the website or dashboard.

12. Service changes

GuildAudit may change, update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. This includes bot commands, dashboard features, plan names, pricing, reports, alerts, and integrations.

GuildAudit may also update these Terms as the product changes.

13. Disclaimers

GuildAudit is provided as is and as available. GuildAudit does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete accuracy, or that every community issue will be detected.

You use GuildAudit at your own discretion and are responsible for how you interpret and act on its outputs.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GuildAudit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, server disruption, community outcomes, or business losses arising from use of the service.

This limitation applies even if GuildAudit has been advised that such damages may be possible. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Third-party services

GuildAudit may rely on third-party services including Discord, Vercel or other hosting providers, analytics or reliability providers if configured, and Stripe or another payment provider in the future.

Third-party services have their own terms, policies, availability, and security practices. GuildAudit is not responsible for third-party service decisions or outages.

16. Changes to these Terms

GuildAudit may update these Terms from time to time. When the Terms change, the updated date will be posted on this page.

Continued use of GuildAudit after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
